These terms govern the sale of products and services on the Bongo Express Cargo website. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

2.1. Product Categories

  • Locally Available Products: Delivered on the same day within Somalia.
  • Externally Sourced Products: Purchased and shipped from international suppliers, delivered after advance payment and processing.

2.2. Order Placement

  1. Customers browse products on the website and select items to purchase.
  2. Orders must include accurate details (name, address, phone number, and delivery preferences).
  3. A confirmation email/SMS is sent upon successful order placement.

2.3. Payment Process

  1. Payment Method:
    Payments are accepted through the EVC mobile payment system, a secure and widely used method in Somalia.
  2. Advance Payment:
    • Locally available products: Full payment at checkout.
    • Externally sourced products: Advance payment based on quotation.
  3. Customers receive a payment receipt upon successful transaction.

2.4. Order Fulfillment

  1. Locally Available Products:
    • Orders are packed and delivered on the same day within Somalia.
  2. Externally Sourced Products:
    • Once payment is confirmed, we purchase the product on behalf of the customer.
    • Customers will be updated on shipment progress until the product is delivered.

2.5. Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Areas:
    • We deliver to every region in Somalia, including areas where global couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS do not operate.
  2. Delivery Timeline:
    • Locally available products: Same-day delivery.
    • Externally sourced products: Delivery time depends on shipping duration from international suppliers.
  3. Delivery Charges:
    • Transparent charges based on product type and delivery location, disclosed at checkout.

2.6. Return and Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for returns.
  3. Refunds:
    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is approved.

2.7. Customer Support

  1. Customers can contact our support team via phone, email, or WhatsApp for order updates, complaints, or inquiries.

  • Bongo Express Cargo is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as customs delays or force majeure events.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
